Wellness Embodied Community Education cancellation and refund policies are based on our investment in facilitators, program planning and development, as well as materials and advertising purchased before your program. We unfortunately cannot recover our expenses if you cancel. Short-notice cancellations prevent others from attending.

If you must cancel please provide at least 2 weeks’ notice. Cancellations 14 days or more before the first day a program begins will receive a full refund less the non-refundable deposit of $50.

Cancellations from 6 days to 13 days prior to a program receive 50% program credit (non-transferable and valid for one year), 50% balance forfeited.

Cancellations less than 5 days prior to a program will receive no credit and no refund.

Once a program begins you are responsible for paying your remaining balance regardless of changes to your enrollment. No credit or refund is available if you cancel on the arrival day; if you do not show up; or if you leave an event early for any reason. No refund will be available if you attend a program and are dissatisfied with its presentation or content.

Our facilitators design programming, gather materials, and commit themselves based on enrollment. By following through on your financial commitment you are supporting the work we do and valuing the time and labor of our center in making our high-quality programming possible.

For group participants who utilize insurance for group payments, if you do not attend any of the groups in your registered series, there will be a $50 no show fee, even with advanced notice.

Wellness Embodied Community Education reserves the right to cancel a program at any time. If we cancel a program, you will receive a full refund.

We follow the New Paltz school closings for all morning programs and encourage you to check your email for instructor notification on class delay or reschedule.
