- Are you looking around at other people your age and feeling like you’re all in different places?
- Are you feeling lost in your life?
- Do you often think to yourself, “wtf am I doing with my life?”
- Are you feeling disconnected from your peers?
- Do you spend too much time in the virtual world, and want to kick your doom scrolling habit?
The intention of this young women’s group is to create self empowerment, community, and connection, while having meaningful conversations that promote growth and healing. Young women may face unique challenges in the modern world, which can lead to isolation and lack of intentional discussion. This group will promote self reflection and communication around topics such as: attachment, relationships, friendships, social media, dating, stress management, nervous system regulation, self-care, mental health, and more. The group will be influenced by the specific needs of group members.
Requirements:
Group members will be committed to attending a virtual group, Tuesdays at 12-1pm, for the duration of the closed group. Although this is not a mom’s group, mothers will not be turned away. The group is open to women and non-binary folks. Group members will have open hearts and open minds, necessary to discuss difficult topics.
