Facilitated by Isaac Tropp, MSW in progress Psychotherapist in training
$40 per group, 10% discount for series payment in full
This closed group is intended for adults of all ages whose ADHD is an ongoing presence in their life. The group will focus on three areas- sharing and processing your life experience with ADHD from your past and present, connecting and supporting other members of the group who have similar lived experiences, and skill building such as time management, accountability and building motivation.
Each week, the group will provide a warm, strong and safe container to slow down, reflect, learn and grow with one another. The group will strive to help clients feel lighter, uplifted and less alone in the challenges of ADHD. The intention is for group members to come away with a feeling of empowerment and more confidence in their ability to succeed and attain the goals they set out for themselves.
